Pizza Sauce
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp. Oregano (dried)
- 1 tsp. Basil (dried)
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Toppings
- 1½ Cups Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 1 Cup Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 Red Onion (sliced)
- ¼ Cup Fresh Basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
Prepare the Dough
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and mix until the dough comes together.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, you can use store-bought pizza dough. Just make sure it's vegan-friendly if you do.
- Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape on a floured surface or directly onto a pizza stone.
