1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt, 1 tsp. Black Pepper, 3 Tbsp. Flour, ½ tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
Toss tofu cubes in flour seasoning mix.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the floured tofu cubes and fry until golden on all sides.
Remove tofu and set aside.
In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, and sauté mushrooms, green bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots until they start to soften.
Add dandelion greens, cooking until just tender.
Return the tofu to the skillet, sprinkle with thyme, and stir well to combine.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve hot, perfect as a standalone dish or accompanied by steamed rice.
Notes & Tips
If you don't use extra firm tofu, you may run into your tofu falling apart when it is mixed in. If that happens, just enjoy it as a tofu-veggie scramble instead!
